Do we create the product’s we sell?

Mobile Shark Limited does not create any of the product sold on our website but rather source accessories from arrange of different suppliers.

If I am not happy with my accessories where do I return them?

Please see our terms and conditions for the returning of accessories, section 7

If you are not happy with the accessories you have purchased, must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods

Which courier company do you use?

Currently, We use Royal Mail delivery 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 5 pm on in-stock items are dispatched the same unless there are unforeseen circumstances that are out of our controle 

Do I get any warranty included with my items?

All products come with the manufacture warranty
